The end of the agony Well, I finally did it, about three weeks too late I found a new place for our regular "haircut night". I have spent much of the past three months scoping out places in our area, trying to see what sort of hair cuts walked out of them (didn't actually see anyone leaving, guess I am not patient enough for detective work), and agonizing about where we (at least I) would get haircuts now that Alba has retired. I sort of hoped for a phone call from her saying that she had reconsidered and wanted us back, but alas, the call never came. Alba gave me the name of a colleague whom she trusts, but she is a good 20 minutes away so I hoped to find someone closer because, 40 minutes is, well, 40 minutes. I did my research, checked websites and, despite some grammatical errors on the site found a salon about a mile from home that looked promising. We had our first appointments a couple of days ago, and I think we have found our next hair-home. Whew!
